What is a digital credential?

A digital credential is an admission ticket, pass, membership or access entitlement stored on a smartphone or smartwatch. It can be delivered through a native mobile wallet or a branded facility app and validated at the entrance.

Do visitors need to download an app?

Not when credentials are delivered through Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet. Visitors can add the ticket or pass to the wallet already available on their device. A branded facility app is an additional option for operators that want extended ticket-management functions.
