With Tesco arriving in September 2022, the owners of Tuam Shopping Centre, Tiernan Properties, were keen to invest in a new car park management system within the Multi-Storey car park. After searching the market for a suitable partner, SKIDATA Ireland was appointed as the new supplier to provide the latest retail parking solutions and continued reliable technical support and development

With the installation of SKIDATA Power.Gate and Barrier.Gate hardware with the integration of license plate cameras on every entry/exit lane, the MSCP can once again provide shoppers and residents with secure parking.
Added benefits with the new SKIDATA system include the provision of QR Code validations for shoppers who spend over a certain amount in the new Tesco store.
