IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch IT support to end users across the EMEA region. Your expertise will be called upon to address internal support inquiries through various channels, including phone, ticketing system, chat, email, and in-person interactions. Leveraging fundamental analysis techniques, you will skillfully troubleshoot and resolve issues. Additionally, you will seamlessly execute hardware and software change requests, as well as oversee the installation and maintenance of local end devices and infrastructures as needed. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you work closely with the EMEA IT support team and collaborate with other global IT teams on a variety of IT-related initiatives and projects.

Your profile

  • Relevant practice in the provision of IT endpoint and user support (local and remote).
  • Experience of managing IT devices, systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Practical experience in installing, troubleshooting, and resolving endpoints
  • Good knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English and German

Your Place of work

Groedig/Salzburg (HQ)
We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,229.00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
