  • Lead the Team: Oversee a dynamic team of 12 professionals with diverse experience levels, from juniors to experts.
  • Shape the Future: Drive the modernization of Parking.Logic, a critical aspect of our global operations, while implementing cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate & Prioritize: Manage tasks, set priorities, and lead your team to deliver high-quality solutions that keep SKIDATA at the forefront of the parking industry.
  • Support & Mentor: Guide and support the team in overcoming challenges, ensuring effective problem-solving and innovation.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming and enhancing our products, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge and adapt to new technologies. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the team and the success of the entire Parking.Logic division.

Your profile

  • Professional experience with a focus on C#, .NET, and C++.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on modernization and upgrading outdated systems.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, making decisions, and driving projects to completion.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, prioritization, and the ability to push the team toward success.
  • Fluency in German and English to collaborate with international teams.

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,717.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the collective agreement minimum salary.
