Order Fulfillment Specialist- m/f/d

Your tasks

You are responsible for after-sales order processing for pre-defined countries in our supply chain management team. You take over the order acceptance as well as the handling of new spare parts and the coordination of worldwide shipping. You communicate with our subsidiaries and partners. Furthermore, you process complaints, manage internal and external repairs and finally charge for the service. Additional you support internal projects to increase efficiency in the organization.

Your profile

  • A completed commercial education (school or apprenticeship)
  • Experience in a similar field
  • Good knowledge with MS Office
  • Experience with MS Dynamics (beneficial)
  • Basic accounting and controlling skills
  • Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English, further knowledge of languages beneficial
  • Commitment, very good communication skills, capacity for teamwork and an independent and careful work method

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,041.00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
