Operations and Sales Training Intern

Your tasks

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in the field of Learning and Development with a global leader in access solutions? Join our Operations and Sales Training Team at SKIDATA, and support us in enhancing our training programs that shape the future of learning within our organization! This is an exciting opportunity for students to dive into training and development processes while working on real-world projects.

This 1 year part-time internship is perfect for students early in their studies who are looking to expand their knowledge across training content creation, learning management systems, and collaboration within an international company.

What You’ll Do
• Creating e-trainings: Assist in the design and development of digital training materials for our employees.
• Planning classroom training: Help organize and coordinate in-person training sessions.
• Maintaining and updating training materials and platforms: Ensure that all learning resources are up-to-date and accessible for employees.
• Learning to manage the Learning Management System (LMS): Gain hands-on experience with our LMS to support training and development.
• Helping develop new training strategies: Contribute ideas for innovative training approaches to improve employee learning experiences.
• Supporting cooperation between different branches: Help facilitate communication and collaboration across various locations to ensure effective training delivery.

Your profile

  • You’re studying in the field of Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a passion for training, organizational learning, and improving employee development.
  • You’re proactive, enjoy working in a team, and have good communication skills, as you’ll interact with various departments and teams.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for content creation and data management.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Camtasia) is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English (Any additional language skills may be beneficial depending on the company’s global presence).

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,303.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
