SKIDATA is seeking a passionate and driven team-player to join our HR team for a 12-months assignment as a Trainee. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR with a focus on talent acquisition while contributing to our mission of creating welcoming experiences for international talent that boosts our business transformation.

HR Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Your tasks

Find promising candidates and keep the candidate experience up to speed:

  • craft comprehensive job postings for various roles across our business and understand what the right candidates are and where to find them
  • actively source for the right talent to fill our candidate pipeline and be proactive in the pre-screening phase
  • support hiring teams in making sure a seamless, fast and smooth candidate experience by coordinating and facilitating the further process 

Help to create impactful Talent Attraction & Employer Branding activities

  • play an active role in talent  acquisition initiatives to enlarge our current & future external talent pool in-line      with our strategy
  • make personal touchpoints to remarkable moments for potential talent by contributing to in-house events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities 
  • support and bring in your ideas to drive impactful & effective digital initiatives to create brand awareness and attract potential talent, esp on social media and our career website

Serve our hirings with excellent HR services and gain further HR insights

  • apply our HR services with a focus on candidates, eg by providing the hiring documents and preparing a smooth on-boarding
  • act as a supportive hands-on teamplayer in a generalistic and operationally driven HR team, also beyond Talent Acquisition according needs

Your profile

Passionate Learner: With a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields (or close to the finish line) and eagerness to grow & kickstart your career journey.

Dynamic Skill Set: Bring strong communication skills, an instinct for people & team, intercultural awareness as well as fluent English (and at least growing German skills) to the table.

Innovative Mindset: You describe yourself as a proactive, digital-minded person with enthusiasm for social media and general talent acquisition trends.

Structured and Supportive: You combine your structured work ethic with a service-oriented spirit and commitment.

Global Perspective: With strong language skills and a customer-centric focus, navigate the international landscape of talent acquisition, connecting with candidates and colleagues alike to achieve shared goals.

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,124.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market, based on your qualifications.
