HR Generalist - Service and Operations (m/w/d)

Your tasks

Are you ready to actively shape the future of HR services for our more than 450 employees in Austria? As a committed service champion with a broad foundation of HR expertise, you are an important cornerstone of our local HR team!

Your tasks

In cooperation with HR Business Partners & Talent Acquisition, you will prepare our official correspondence along the entire employee experience and ensure compliance with labor law and company regulations - from employment contracts to changes in the current employment relationship to references.

You are the key interface to our Payroll department and contribute to the continuous optimization of the workflow and compliance with quality standards in the preparation, implementation and review of the monthly payroll. You also have a responsible role in the annual salary review in cooperation with HR management and Payroll.

In addition, you go into depth on HR policy, process and digitalization topics in order to find pragmatic and sustainable solutions. You enjoy answering and coordinating general employee inquiries. The handling and continuous development of our benefits and recognition programs round off your day-to-day work.


Your profile

  • HR related degree or relevant education/training, whereby mindset and attitude are decisive
  • Relevant practical experience in the HR service environment or related areas
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting, as well as labor and social/payroll tax law
  • Affinity with HR IT solutions, MS Office tools and apps
  • Structured way of working & organizational skills
  • Reliability, flexibility & discretion
  • Confident appearance, communication in German and English (fluent)
  • Supportive team player with high service and result orientation
  • Knowledge of project and process management as well as Agile/Lean is an advantage

Your Place of work

Groedig/Salzburg (HQ)
We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,392.00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
