Global Service Performance Manager

What You'll Do

  • Own Service Performance Management: Own the global service business performance management framework, ensuring KPI transparency, accountability, performance reviews, and action tracking across all regions.
  • Turn Data into Action: Analyze service business performance, identify gaps and opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate actions to leadership stakeholders.
  • Partner Across the Business: Partner with Service Leaders, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve business performance.
  • Provide Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate Forecasting and Planning: Coordinate and challenge the service business forecasting and planning process in partnership with Finance and Regional Service Leaders.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze Cost Drivers: Analyze key cost drivers, including labor, parts, travel expenses, and cost of quality, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
  • Shape Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing recommendations and support value-based pricing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Monitor Pricing Realization: Monitor pricing implementation and report pricing realization performance.
  • Build Dashboards and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reporting tools.
  • Present to Leadership: Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership teams.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in service management, business performance, or commercial excellence
  • Strong understanding of service business drivers, financial metrics, and performance management
  • Strong business acumen paired with sharp analytical and decision-making skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
  • Advanced Power BI skills, with the ability to develop and adapt reports and dashboards
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience leveraging AI and digital technologies to improve business processes and decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strategic thinking and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • English Common European Framework (CEFR) C1 level or higher; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,879.00  gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
