Director Sales Execution - Parking & Mobility (f/m/d)

Your tasks

Are you a strategic and hands-on sales enthusiast passionate for digital subscription business with a proven track-record and a certain maturity in leadership? If so, feel welcome to join SKIDATA in this global role as the Director of Sales Execution for our business domain Parking & Mobility, which is vital to speed up our transition to non-linear and digital business strategies and to develop forward our global sales approach in-line with that path together with our Regional and Country Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough review and optimization of global customer approaches, focusing on digital and subscription-based solutions.
  • Drive global digital services and non-linear business strategies, ensuring a seamless transition to a digital sales model.
  • Enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer orientation throughout the sales process.
  • Lead the implementation of targeted sales strategies, aligning with global directives and objectives.

Your profile

  • Educational background in sales, marketing, or business administration.
  • A strong proven track-record in Digital Business models and Sales Excellence, ideally experience in subscription sales in an international B2B environment 
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies tailored to digital solutions and customer consulting.
  • Multilingual proficiency is required (English fluent is a must, German is a plus), additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, leadership and change management skills, capable to develop organizations & teams within a matrix organization 
  • A sense to combine strategic thinking and customer centricity with impactful approaches to deliver results with empowered teams across the globe. 
  • Open-minded, with a proactive stance towards change and innovation while having the feet on the ground
