2nd Level Service Technician (m/f/d) for Access Management in the field of leisure facilities

Your tasks

Perfect access management does not only play an important role at the ski resort. It does not start at the cash desk on site, but rather at your customer´s home, such as with the purchase of online tickets.

Do you like to analyze and solve technical problems? Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge with customers and employees worldwide? Then you've come to the right place. You will support our development teams, our 27 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partners.

As a specialist, you make a significant contribution to the reliable and successful operation of our customer installations around the world. Your extensive system knowledge supports proven standard to customer-specific solutions (mainly remote).

As part of your tasks, you will contribute to sharing knowledge and conducting technical training (online, face-to-face) and maintaining our knowledge database. As part of the team, you will also help to live internal standards and processes (e.g. problem solving, operational level agreement, on-call duty).

Your profile

  • A completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH)
  • Ideally first experience in technical support
  • You have experience with or would like to grow into one of the following topics: Windows OS, Linux, databases (SQL Server), networks
  • Initial knowledge of the technical handling of cloud services
  • Affinity for hardware components (boards, firmware)
  • First experiences with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
  • Team player and hands-on mentality  
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10 %)
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn  
  • Interest in and openness to new technologies and methods
  • German and English language skills, written and spoken, at B2 level

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.041,00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
