Technical Support Manager

Your tasks

In the role of a team leader, you are responsible for global technical support and managing support processes. The focus is on promoting cooperation and supporting the subsidiaries. You are also responsible for ensuring relevant training and development opportunities for effective customer support for your team. You enjoy participating in the development and implementation of effective problem management processes with a view to organizational objectives.

As part of your end-to-end responsibility, you ensure smooth global technical support.

Through close collaboration and knowledge sharing between development and our field service teams, you will contribute to a successful launch of new products.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Team leading experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, train, and mentor employees.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies and tools.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Your Place of work

Groedig/Salzburg (HQ)
We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.508 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement
