Product Manager (m/w/d)
It is game day in one of the most prestigious sports arenas in the world. 80.000+ fans travel to and enter the venue. Behind the scenes, SKIDATA components help to manage the stadium and overall event. On the other side of the world, it is a busy day in one of the top attraction parks. 10s of thousands of visitors park, enter, consume and enjoy their day. From ticketing and parking, secure access and EV charging to monitoring and analytics, SKIDATA’s solutions help our customers to successfully operate their venues. As product manager, you play a key role in defining and delivering those solutions. Your responsibility is laying out a product vision and strategy that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on market demands. You will translate requirements between market, and sales and work closely with project management teams and global technical support.
Background in product management or innovation management
High customer, market and solution orientation
Technical background and understanding of (agile) software development processes
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Confident and persuasive when making sales presentations
Team player, ability to effectively communicate
Process orientation and ability for strategic thinking
Power to influence and lead teams without hierarchy

Your Place of work
We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.343,00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
