Application Specialist ServiceNow (m/f/d)
You have overall responsibility for "ServiceNow" (rollout, development and support). You will act as the central contact person for all departments and support our worldwide subsidiaries in the introduction of "ServiceNow". To make this a success, the creation of specification documents and user story telling is an important part of your future role. In addition, you will support and coordinate both external and internal developers with process questions and take over project management in all ServiceNow matters (e.g. updates). The support in 2nd level support rounds off your varied area of responsibility.
Knowledge of IT ticketing systems
Basic database knowledge (TSQL)
Ideally first practice with ServiceNow (however, we also offer the possibility of training to become a ServiceNow Application Specialist)
High affinity and good understanding of relevant IT topics
Affinity for Business Process Management and good process orientation
Very good knowledge and solid experience in application integration
Relevant work experience in an internationally operating company
