HR Specialist - Global Compensation & Benefits
You are part of a global expert team with a focus on analytical and operational support to the business on all global Compensation & Benefits aspects for SKIDATA and the Kudelski Group. In the area of Compensation you conduct salary surveys with external consulting companies, perform internal job evaluations and salary benchmarking analysis, and coordinate the annual global salary review. Furthermore you are responsible for coordination and compliant execution of international assignments in line with company’s Global Mobility policies. Additionally you provide reporting and analysis on headcount, demographics and other HR KPIs., as part of the HR Controlling & Analytics. You always strive for continuous improvement and actively contribute to developing company’s policies and evolving its analytics capabilities.
Sound professional experience related to the scope of this job, ideally in the field of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevance for this position
Strong analytical skills, especially in terms of data analysis
Structured way of working, quick thinking and detail oriented
Integrity and respect for confidentiality with sensitive data
Effective time management and self-management skills
Cooperative and supportive attitude
Delighted for working in an international and multicultural environment
Effective oral and written communication skills in English, further languages as a plus
Excellent skills in Excel
