Manager Business Process Management - Sales
You lead a team of experts in "Business Process Management - Sales" and accompany and support your team members in their personal development. As a "Group-Process-Responsible" you know and prioritize business requirements and are a sparring partner for the "Group-Process-Owner Sales" (management level). At the same time, you are responsible for the analysis, definition, maintenance and further development of worldwide sales and marketing processes. In projects for process improvement and the introduction of software applications (e.g. CRM, product configurator) you will take over the control. You attach great importance to empowering specialist departments and users in a professional change management. Furthermore, you are responsible for the application landscape to support sales processes in coordination with other BPM and IT teams.
A university degree with a reference to (business) informatics or IT
At least 5 years practical experience in an international company
Affinity for and ideally first experience in personnel management
Experience in project and change management of business processes
Willingness to create and strength of implementation
Experience in configuration, adaptation and further development of sales processes and tools (especially CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong communication and cooperation skills in dealing with different stakeholders
Ideally experience in operational sales, sales management or IT consulting
Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
