System Engineer - Event Support
The technology behind our gates and access readers is as surprising as it is convincing, with thousands of our systems in more than 100 countries – for example at ski resorts, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.
You work remotely and travel as needed to install and configure software packages for computer, mobile and hardware devices for existing site upgrades, system replacements and to resolve software and hardware issues that arise for people access solutions at serviceable locations. In addition, you will provide 1st level support to Service Technician’s and advise our customers on the services we provide.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
Knowledge of client/server and cloud systems
Expertise with Windows Server, Linux and DNS & DHCP
Ability to configure and troubleshoot computer networks and firewalls.
Profound experience with databases (MS SQL & Oracle) and SQL queries.
