Globally-leading access solutions are looking for a communicative organizational talent in
System Engineer – Central Field Service – Region Nordics (SE, NO, FI, DK)
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
As a System Engineer – Central Field Service you will perform offsite support (through phone and remote access) of our Field Service Technicians and Field Service Engineers. Additionally, you will support our customer installations on-site as well as remotely and provide on-going support and after warranty remote troubleshooting of software and hardware components.
You will also be responsible to remotely pre-install and configure system Information Systems and subsystems (Servers, VMWare, Switches, Routers, Cameras, etc) with the goal to meet the project specifications and customer needs.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
An excellent proficiency in the Swedish and English language; Norwegian, Finnish and Danish a plus
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical and/or informatic operations and service industry; knowledge of SKIDATA solutions and products preferable
Windows OS Expert (Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting)
Strong interest in electrical and mechanical solutions
Knowledge in XML structure, .NET environment and experience in POS Solution (are a big benefit)
Desire to develop skills and competency within the SKIDATA’s Industry (Car Access, Mountain and Event)
Commitment and self-reliance
Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 4, position on incremental scale according to individual experience). Overpayment according to qualification.
