Digital Sales - Support Professional

Just as the excellent performance of our technology in access readers and gates has impressed you in a variety of situations, it has won over thousands of users in over a hundred countries – in skiing areas, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.


As a Sales Support Professional for Digital Sales at SKIDATA, you work with our latest online sales tools like CRM/CPQ. You will support the Headquarters team in establishing this digital workplace for our sales staff worldwide. You will develop concepts, configure the tool and be responsible for various internal projects. You will work with other departments such as Product Management, Order Management and Field Project Management. In addition, you enjoy continuing the digitalization in sales through online trainings, workshops and tutorials. You always have time, quality and budget under control. The goal of your job is to provide optimum "digital" support for the sales performance of SKIDATA subsidiaries and our worldwide sales partners.


  • Completed training with commercial or IT background
  • At least 3 year of practical experience with a CRM system (Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP) and ideally configuration experience through the use or implementation of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote)
  • Experience in sales or marketing
  • Very good sales knowledge and a good sense for determining and leveraging customer needs
  • Good team working skills and a can-do attitude
  • An extroverted and communicative demeanor
  • Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is advantageous)
