IT Specialist – Business Intelligence
The technology behind our gates and access readers is as surprising as it is convincing, with thousands of our systems in more than 100 countries – for example at ski resorts, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.
As part of our Corporate IT team, you will optimize the SKIDATA Business Intelligence landscape by providing group-wide tools and information for analysis and reporting, thereby you contribute to the operational readiness of BI solutions. In the course of this, you are a partner for business users and projects with a good understanding of IT business processes. You design technical implementation concepts, provide opportunities for improvement and align the development portfolio. You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of ETL processes and OLAP models in close coordination with the internal departments. In addition, you will enjoy doing ad-hoc analyses and creating standard reports for KPIs. You will also ensure the continuous improvement and enhancement of the efficiency, reliability and sustainability of existing BI processes, models and reports.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
A degree in business informatics or a comparable degree with a focus on IT
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of DWH and BI solutions at company level
Very good SQL knowledge and sound experience with reporting tools
Extended Excel knowledge (Pivot, Marcos) and end user knowledge in ERP system
Sound understanding of business processes and high affinity for IT systems
Very good knowledge of English and German
High accuracy, quality and sustainability awareness
Independent, analytical working style and strong conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
