Manager Operations - Nordics (SE, NO, FI, DK)

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.


You manage day to day oversight of a team of Project Managers and Service Engineers in the Nordic Region. In addition, you drive customer satisfaction by working with local teams to deliver the service performance as agreed on the service contracts as well as ensure highest standards in planning and execution of project management. You also provide technical direction (standards, processes and technology) for the development of product enhancements in close cooperation with product management and other development units. You also ensure a high level of solution knowledge in the subsidiary in providing consulting services to sales and project involved staff. You project manage own projects and coach and monitor other internal and external projects.


  • An excellent proficiency in the Swedish and English language; Norwegian, Finnish and Danish a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical and operational management in an equivalent position; knowledge of SKIDATA solutions and products preferable
  • Knowledge of maintenance and operations of automated systems and equipment
  • Experience leading field service technicians
  • Ability to effectively consult with customers

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 4, position on incremental scale according to individual experience). Overpayment according to qualification.
