Service technician (m/f) in Tyrol

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.


You create incidents during your Helpdesk activities and solve customer problems directly on the phone or remotely. You also provide support directly to the customer, mainly in Austria, but also in Italy. You are responsible for the handling of parts relating to warehousing and logistics and maintain SKIDATA Car Access solutions on site. Independent handling in the implementation of software and hardware updates as well as keeping your skills and competences up to date are important to you. You support our suppliers in installation and maintenance and independently ensure extensions and modernization for our customers. In addition, you offer our customers advanced service products. Sharing your knowledge with your colleagues and identifying improvements should not be missing in your daily work.


  • Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the technical field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field of activity
  • Good knowledge of IT and networks (e.g. Microsoft SQL, Windows Server)
  • Experience with “state of the art” hardware and software architectures
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • High self-motivation, willingness to travel (80% of working hours) and driving license
  • Self-responsible and customer-oriented way of working
