Payroll & Administration Accountant

The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in more than 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.


Together in the team you will be responsible for the independent payroll accounting of over 500 employees and prepare salary calculations for employees abroad. You will process employee expense reports and support internal interest groups with regard to salary, taxes and social security. You will also support internal and external financial controls. You create monthly financial statements and payroll-relevant evaluations and manage personnel agendas such as company pension plans and evaluations of annual financial statements. In addition, your goal is to ensure the continuous optimization of processes and interfaces between Accounting & HR.


  • A commercial background coupled preferably with the ‘Personalverrechnerprüfung’
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar function within an international environment
  • Good knowledge of tax, social insurance and labor law
  • MS Office skills and payroll software, preferably SAGE DPW or similar
  • Strong organizational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability
  • Capacity for teamwork and fun to support employees
  • Very good writing and speaking skills in German
