International Business Process Analyst
The technology behind our gates and access readers is as surprising as it is convincing, with thousands of our systems in more than 100 countries – for example at ski resorts, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.
Together in the International Process Roll-out Team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of standard processes related to our systems and tools at SKIDATA subsidiaries worldwide. You will be responsible for project management and will ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget and on quality. You will conduct workshops to analyze local business requirements and integrate them into SKIDATA's standard processes and applications. You will create and maintain the blueprints of our business processes and interfaces to related applications. You will then design and implement the user training courses. You will support the subsidiary in all aspects of change management in the course of process implementation. In addition, as an interface, you promote the continuous improvement of standard processes and tools.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
A degree in business informatics, economics or similar
At least 3 years professional experience in international organizations
Expert knowledge in project management and change management
Very good process analysis and documentation knowledge
Experience in dealing with ERP systems and the processes behind them
Committed, self-reliant way of working and high willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills in English and German
