Your tasks

It's match day in one of Austria's biggest sports arenas. Tens of thousands of fans arrive and enter the venue. Behind the scenes, SKIDATA software components help manage the stadium and the entire event. In another part of Austria, a busy day at one of the top attraction parks. Thousands of visitors park, enter, consume and enjoy a wonderful day. Here, too, SKIDATA solutions are the foundation for successful behind-the-scenes operations. You too can be a part of this team!

You are responsible for the installation/configuration of our systems and provide assistance to our customers in the events sector (stadiums, amusement parks, swimming pools,...). Together with our customers you arrange installation appointments and provide the necessary support at events (match support). In this important position, you act as a link between customers and your colleagues from 2nd level support, logistics, partners and helpdesk. 

Your profile

  • Completed education with a technical focus or relevant professional experience.
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • you like to communicate and work in a team and with customers
  • independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • high willingness to travel (approx. 60%) mainly to Austria

Your Place of work

Groedig/Salzburg (HQ)
We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2.208,00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
