You will be the linchpin for all processes around Talent Management and Learning & Development of our group. At the same time, you will support the ambitious further development of talent development tools and international assignment processes. You will be involved in trainer selection and global training planning and budgeting. As a specialist, you are a sought-after discussion partner for management and employees, HR business partners and local HR contacts. In some cases, you also manage HR projects and processes.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
University degree, e.g. MBA with HR focus
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR and personnel development, ideally in a similar role in an international company.
Knowledge of Talent Management, L&D, Recruiting, Compensation, Posting Planning and Employer Branding
Communication and presentation skills as well as process understanding
Hands-on mentality, endurance and spirit of innovation
Excel and HR system know-how
Very good knowledge of English

The minimum salary corresponds to the classification according to the general collective bargaining agreement, employment group 4, professional year according to individual experience.
