YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You handle our customers calls: log and create ticket, perform technical analysis, remote maintenance, if necessary, assign the issue to a field technician, ticket closing. In addition, you are also involved in complex technical issues solving, and support the roll-out of new solutions.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
Passion for IT/network technology
Expertise in automation and/or as an IT specialist in systems engineering
Knowledge of electrical engineering and English language skills
