Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Windows 11 and Linux (Ubuntu)
- Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- User account management and access control
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity
- Manage IT asset lifecycle
- Install and configure systems and applications
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Maintain documentation and vendor coordination

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, B.Sc (IT), BCA, or related field
