What You’ll Do
• Content Creation: Collaborate with a passionate team to create and update compelling technical content in various formats (website/online help, PDF, videos, screencasts).
• AI Optimization: Optimize content for cutting-edge AI systems and experiment with innovative models, such as audience-optimized ChatGPT, Microsoft OpenAI, and Quill Bot.
• Assisting Project Management: Support the team in managing global translation projects for diverse content types and software products, gaining valuable experience in international collaboration.
• Content Updating: Support the team in keeping our content fresh and relevant by updating it based on functional design.
• Multimedia Development: Create engaging multimedia technical content, including animations and screencasts that capture attention and enhance understanding.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming technical documentation, ensuring it resonates with users and elevates our brand. This is a 6-month temporary internship that offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to our projects.
