Deine Aufgaben

What will you do as an Executive & Management Assistant? 

As a Executive & Management Assistant, you will assist, plan and arrange work for both the Managing Director of the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as the VP Sales & Marketing, so that they can focus on their work. The division of labour is 50-50. As an Executive & Management Assistant you work independently, you are proactive, you have an eye for detail and you always think 1 step ahead.
You have a wide range of tasks that vary from complex agenda management, preparing presentations to organizing meetings, maintaining the action lists and organizing international internal training courses and customer events. You will work closely with management, HR, communications and the finance department. We have every freedom to take initiatives and to take on our own projects to improve our processes.

Your tasks:
•    Preparation of MT meetings, reporting MT meetings and monitoring action lists;
•    Administrative tasks and general secretarial tasks such as agenda management, mailbox management, correspondence and presentations;
•    Planning and organizing meetings, events, trips, seminars;
•    Support and follow-up in ISO certification processes;
•    Drafting and posting internal and external communication on different platforms;

Dein Profil

What we ask of you as a Management Assistant:
•    You have HBO working thinking level in the field of Management Support;
•    You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar support position;
•    You have a strong and energetic personality with good communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English;
•    Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
•    You are available for at least 32 hours a week;
•    For this role, you are also expected to travel to our office in Zaventem at least once a month. 
•    The application for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the application procedure.

Deine Zukunft

What do we have to offer you as SKIDATA:
•    A gross monthly salary of €3500 to a maximum of € 4500 gross per month based on 38 hours
•    26 vacation days and 6.5 ADV days on a full-time basis.
•    A laptop and a phone. 
•    Development is of paramount importance to us, which is why we also offer you as an employee the opportunity to follow training and education.
•    We work hybrid, so you can also work maximum 30% from home. 
•    In this position of Management Assistant you start with a one-year contract, if both sides like it, we are happy to make it a contract for an indefinite period.
