SKIDATA continues production and service unchanged
The health and safety of you, our employees, partners and customers is our highest priority. We will con-tinuously inform you about delivery and service operations as information on the COVID-19 virus devel-ops.&nb
Despite COVID-19 concerns, the running business of SKIDATA is currently not impacted. SKIDATA is maintaining standard working procedures across offices within governmental regulations and coop-eration and communication with our customers is not affected.
SKIDATA is closely monitoring the situation and its potential impact across all areas of business and have implemented strict internal safety and hygiene measures.
SKIDATA has both local and central warehouses for hardware products. As a global corporation, SKIDA-TA has always worked with several producers and has a wide range of suppliers, in order to react quickly and flexibly. Production is currently running according to plan. Due to the worldwide impact of the supply and transport situation, there will be delays in project delivery, which SKIDATA cannot influence but will work strongly and efficiently to communicate, work with and support you as our customers as best as we can.
While business trips have been reduced to a necessary minimum, SKIDATA is able to provide our usual customer service mainly via remote solutions. All work processes are ongoing, in compliance with man-dated safety measures. SKIDATA is carefully monitoring further developments and maintains close communication with customers and partners.
The local SKIDATA service organization in each country is in direct communication with customers to ensure service in compliance with local regulations. Again, the safety and health of your employees and our service technicians is our top focus and will remain the highest priority. As part of our prevention measures, we are continuing our work in parts of the teams via home office and remain reachable through telephone and email.
Due to the current situation, there will be no training and instruction with direct customer contact until further notice. This applies both to trainings and instructions on site at the customer's premises, as well as for training courses at SKIDATA's premises. When possible, these will be held remotely and more information from your SKIDATA representative will follow.
