Process Professional Operations
As part of our BPM team you will be responsible for analyzing, defining, optimizing, and monitoring processes within the SKIDATA Group. Your focus will be on leading process optimization projects in the area of Operations, which includes field service and project management. You are part of the Business Process Management (BPM) organization and are a sparring partner for the process owners with whom you define priorities and process requirements. In this role you will work closely with BPM colleagues from Accounting, Sales & Operations, IT as well as local country organizations. You will create process documentation and training for SKIDATA Group and implement new functionalities.
A university degree with a reference to (business) informatics or IT
Relevant practical experience in an international company
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Project and Process Management skills
Willingness to create and strength of implementation
Broad knowledge of IT/ERP systems (ServiceNow, AX, MS Project nice to have)
Strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong communication and cooperation skills in dealing with different stakeholders
Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
