Process Professional – Sales & Marketing
You analyze, design and optimize our global Sales & Marketing processes. You lead process optimization projects and support tool rollout projects by creating transparency over the affected process landscape as an important sparring partner. You create and moderate process workshops and coordinate various process units. You also promote the transfer of process knowledge between the affected departments and the local organization.
a completed education in economics, business informatics, or similar
relevant professional experience in a business process management function in an international environment
basic project management skills (certification of advantage)
good understanding of CRM tools (MS Dynamics CRM/Salesforce) as well as basic understanding of how ERP systems work
experience in quality management is an advantage
a good understanding of business processes
very good English and German language skills
