Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for order processing in the SERVICE area in Austria. You record and invoice service calls, maintenance contracts and annual fees, handle spare parts orders and repairs. You will assist with the annual stocktaking and any office tasks. You work closely with our technical department, our field sales force and our accounts receivable department.
a business education (e.g. HAK/HAS or apprenticeship) and ideally initial work experience in a similar function (e.g. in the form of internships or periods of prior service).

basic knowledge of accounting (taxes, Incoterms, exports and international accounting)

Your Place of work
We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,063.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the collective agreement minimum salary.
