Legal Counsel
YOUR TASKS
You support the legal department and independently take responsibility in the areas of: Employment Law - supporting our HR department, assisting our subsidiaries in corporate law matters, managing the contract base of our distribution network and regularly refreshing our compliance training for employees.
You will also draft and review contracts in English and assist with the input of new standard contractual clauses into our Contract Creator and the revision of our Legal SharePoint, an internal legal service point. In addition, you will work on all legal issues that an internationally active company with over 30 subsidiaries and joint ventures worldwide entails.
YOUR PROFILE
At least one degree in law
Practical experience in law firms and/or in an international corporate environment
Very good knowledge of English and the willingness to further develop these language skills (e.g. further training in "Legal English")

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.063,00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
