Hardware Quality Engineer with focus on Mechatronics

YOUR TASKS

In the hardware quality assurance team, you and your colleagues ensure the high quality level of SKIDATA hardware and firmware products. You work closely with the SKIDATA R&D team and test new devices. In doing so, you create test concepts and enable close integration of electronics, mechanics and 3rd party modules. You perform product tests and document the tests accordingly (climate tests, IP, mechanics, electronics, endurance test, ...). You support the creation of product documentation (e.g. operating instructions) and assist in the planning and implementation of training.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed higher technical education (e.g. high school with focus on electrical engineering/mechatronics)
  • Practice in electrical engineering
  • Professional experience with mechanical designs and in the testing of mechatronic systems
  • Structured and analytical way of working
  • Very good language skills in English and German
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,063.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the collective agreement minimum salary.
