Project Coordinator Facility Management
YOUR TASKS
In the team, you take over the project coordination and will be the internal interface for the new ERP system in the area of facility management. The administration and further development of the tool after successful implementation is easy for you and gives you pleasure. In addition, you are responsible for the communication and coordination of appointments with service companies for facility relevant topics in coordination. Support in building management and responsibility for key management is one of your main tasks and you enjoy actively doing this. You support the topic of health & safety and take on tasks such as organizing first aid or fire protection training.
YOUR PROFILE
A completed technical education preferably in the field of facility management
Relevant professional experience in facility management in an international environment
Experience in the use of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX) as well as Microsoft Office programs
Team spirit and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
High level of understanding of other cultures and ability to adapt quickly
A high level of service orientation and ability to work under pressure
Flexibility & hands-on mentality
Fluent in English and German

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 1.896,00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
