World market-leading access solutions are looking for motivated and dedicated
You create incidents during your helpdesk activities and solve customers' problems directly on the phone or remotely. You also provide support directly at the customer's site. You are responsible for the handling processes of parts in terms of warehouse and logistics and maintain the SKIDATA solutions in the area of car access on site. Acting independently when carrying out software and hardware updates and keeping your skills and competencies up to date are important to you. You support our suppliers in installation and maintenance and independently ensure extensions and modernisation at our customers. In addition, you offer our customers further service products. Sharing your knowledge with colleagues and identifying improvements are also part of your daily work.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the technical field
Ideally experience in a similar field of activity
Good knowledge of IT and networks (e.g. Microsoft SQL, Windows Server)
Experience with current hardware and software architectures
Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
High level of self-motivation, willingness to travel (80% of working hours) and driving licence
Self-responsible and customer-oriented way of working
