Accounts Payable Accountant


As part of the Accounting Department team, you will ensure the administrative as well as efficient and timely control of accounts payable. Your tasks include processing a high volume of invoices in a digitalized environment, preparing regular payment runs, closing and month-end reconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledger transactions, processing stopped workflows, input tax and supplier inquiries, handling customer inquiries, intercompany account reconciliations for the holding company and its subsidiaries, and maintaining master data. In addition, you will support your colleagues in ongoing projects at headquarters as well as worldwide. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting to external authorities and


  • Commercial training with a relevant focus on accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounts payable in an international corporate environment
  • solid experience with monthly and annual financial statements
  • good Excel and MS Office skills as well as MS Dynamic and AX knowledge advantageous
  • good understanding of business processes
  • very good English and German language skills
  • independent and reliable way of working

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2.063,00 Euro gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the minimum salary under the collective agreement.
