CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN SKIDATA SOFTWARE – YOUNG PROFESSIONALS WELCOME

YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for configuring our systems and providing assistance to our customers in the field of mountaineering. Together with our customers you arrange installation appointments and provide the necessary support. You install and configure devices, new services and applications (e.g. ticket vending machines or web services). Furthermore, you are responsible for problem solving regarding configuration and system architecture (1st level support) and provide analysis and information to 2nd level support if necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

  • a completed technical education (e.g. high school diploma/apprenticeship in the field of IT) – or relevant professional experience
  • up-to-date knowledge of hardware and software architecture
  • excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • independent working style, assertiveness and customer orientation
  • very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • ability to work in a team and stress resistance
