Manager Business Applications (m/w/d)
As part of our BPM team, you will optimize the SKIDATA application landscape and work on overarching application architecture and integration topics. You focus on sustainable and value-added solutions that meet business requirements. You create robust, efficient, scalable, reusable, value-added architectures. In doing so, you leverage and evolve our application architecture, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, Office 365 platforms. You lead and manage both the teams involved integration projects, and projects as required. You will also be responsible for all budgetary and staffing functions within the team.
A university degree with a reference to (business) informatics or IT
Relevant practical experience in an international company
Energetic personality to enable change, implement project management and enterprise architecture methods
Experience in managing IT/applications boards and in application management governance
Fully understanding of the ITIL framework (especially change management)
Willingness to create and strength of implementation
Experience in configuration, adaptation and further development of sales processes and tools (especially CRM, CRM, ITSM, CMS and/or IWMS)
Strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong communication and cooperation skills in dealing with different stakeholders
Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
