As HR Assistant at SKIDATA you support the Learning & Organizational Development Team and work with colleagues from all over the world.
Your responsibilities will be the following: Organize local trainings and administrate our online training offering, take care of the global training invoices, ensuring that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately, administrate and update our HR systems related to talent and development, guaranteeing data quality and compliance, maintain our ongoing online engagement survey tool, working closely with our HR information systems team and support the Talent Specialist on specific projects and requests as required.

Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience as HR assistant
Experience working with data and HR systems
Very good command of MS Office, in particularly MS Excel
Detailled oriented and excellent organizational skills
