Process Analyst

YOUR TASKS

In the role of Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, defining, optimizing and monitoring processes within the SKIDATA Group. Your focus will be on leading process optimization projects in the area of supply chain management, which includes logistics, order management and purchasing. You are part of the Business Process Management (BPM) organization and are a sparring partner for the process owners with whom you define priorities and process requirements. In this role you will work closely with BPM colleagues from Accounting, Sales & Operations, IT as well as local country organizations. You will create process documentation and training for SKIDATA Group and implement new functionalities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A completed university education
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of process management (PBPM) is required
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (green belt training) is required
  • Sound project management skills are essential
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Sound knowledge of ERP and IT systems
  • Quality management and ISO knowledge are an advantage
  • Strong networking skills to ensure communication with all process participants
  • Solution and customer oriented thinking
  • Pleasure in helping to shape exciting change
  • Interest in working in an international work environment
  • Excellent English skills
