Head of IT & Business Process Management
You will lead the global corporate IT and Business Process Management organization, responsible for six managers and their respective teams. In leading the team, you will manage, develop and continuously improve the functional areas of IT infrastructure, networks, applications and IT support. You will also lead a dedicated team of BPM experts with whom you will lead the implementation of BPM relevant programs and project across the business. You act as the main responsible for all IT and Process management activities. As part of the SKIDATA Transformation Office you will lead and manage Digital/IT and Process program and develop strategies to support and enable the SKIDATA transformation.
In addition to extensive IT experience, you also bring depth and breadth of working internationally or in international environments, you also have proven experience in Agile, Lean, BPM and Digital Transformation. You will work with the VP of Transformation to define and deliver on Digital and Business Strategies.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
Minimum education of an MSc/MBA, ideally in IT or similar.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is advantageous.
Min. 10 years of work experience, and at least 5 years management and leadership experience in an international/global role.
Experience in Process Management and other methods such as Lean and Agile.
Deep knowledge of ERP, preferably Microsoft applications.
Broad IT-Know-how (IT Services, Infrastructure, IT Security, ITIL etc.) and knowledge in Enterprise Architecture.
High levels of social/people competence, as well as proven Leadership competencies.
Excellent abilities to communicate with multiple stakeholders and all levels of the organization, especially across geographical boundaries.
Ability to think and act strategically, structured, analytical, with a bias towards action, drive and results.
Hands-on-mentality coupled with wanting to share knowledge and give/take feedback.
Excellent English language skill required, German is advantageous.
