Manager Facility Management
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in more than 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
You lead the facility management team and are responsible for the further development of your employees. You control, coordinate and monitor the daily business as well as the ongoing projects in commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management. You coordinate the internal service requests and are responsible for the further development of the internal ticketing system. You will develop and create sustainable work concepts in the field of facility management and carry out potential assessments to save costs and energy as well as to reduce environmental impact. You enjoy managing smaller construction and modernization projects and have full control of cost and budget planning. In addition, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the warehouse and at our reception. The planning and control of maintenance as well as of officially required inspections are also part of your field of activity, as well as the cooperation with authorities, communities and architects.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
A technical degree or technical training (HTL) related to facility management (e.g. construction, environmental management) and at least 5 years of practical experience
Ideally some initial management experience
Analytical and conceptual knowledge
Broad basic technical understanding
Knowledge in infrastructural and commercial building management
Ideally knowledge in the area of operator responsibility, regulations and fire protection
Communicative skills and joy in dealing with people
Ability to work in a team, initiative and assertiveness
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 4, position on incremental scale according to individual experience).
