Apprentice IT technology (applications)


You will assist our IT team with first level support of various IT issues. After extensive training you will also be involved in the support of business applications (ASTEA & JIRA etc.). Furthermore, you will administer the clients and maintain and update the IT documentation. You will also be able to prove your skills in assisting with basic and onboarding training with IT access. Your versatile field of activity is rounded off by your assistance in the continuous improvement of our support processes.


  • Previous technical knowledge, ideally from a vocational secondary school or other IT-relevant training
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work with IT-related topics and to further education
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems (hardware and software) and sensitivity in handling IT equipment
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure with first practical experience
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • High self-motivation, willingness to learn and team spirit
