System Engineer – Denmark
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
YOUR TASKS
As a System Engineer you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, clean,
adjust and install, wire and configure our equipment. You will also train customers on the use
of the hardware and maintenance / troubleshooting of components. You will also be responsible to install and configure system Information Systems and subsystems (Servers, VMWare, Switches, Routers, Cameras, etc) with the goal to meet the project specifications and customer needs.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
An excellent proficiency in the Danish and English language; Norwegian, Finnish and Swedish a plus
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical and/or informatic operations; knowledge of SKIDATA solutions and products preferable
Knowledge of maintenance and operations of automated systems and equipment
Passion for IT/network technology
Commitment and self-reliance
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
Well organized and the ability to prioritize
Commitment to customer service
Empathy and understanding for customer situations, demands and solutions
Desire to continuously learn and refine skills and train other technicians

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 4, position on incremental scale according to individual experience). Overpayment according to qualification.
