Manager - Field Service - Region Nordics (SE, NO,FI,DK)
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in over 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
As Manager – Field Service you will provide technical direction (standards, processes and technology) for the execution of customer service, maintenance and execution of project installations. You ensure a high level of solution knowledge of the field service team by continuous training participation of HQ provided trainings for the team members. You plan and execute yearly plans for the technical unit and ensure compliance with all regulations and SKIDTATA Group guidelines, especially in respect to EST (Expert Service Tool) and care packages.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
An excellent proficiency in the Swedish and English language; Danish, Finnish and Norwegian a plus
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service Management in teams with more than 5 employees or equivalent position
Appropriate technical education (Technical College, Technical University), Complemented with Business degree, Master or Diploma.
excellent knowledge of state of the art in hardware & software (ideally in SKIDATA’s technology)
Strong Leadership skills: Team orientation combined with distinctive assertiveness
Process orientation: experience in process improvement projects, understanding of business processes
Negotiation of contracts (e.g. maintenance contracts, …)
Ability to handle information systems (ERP, EST)
Customer relationship management
Knowledge about current trends in the technology and potential risks
commercial and business awareness
strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
Experience in working in a multi-national company structure with HQ in Europe

Your minimum salary will be determined with reference to the collective agreement (employment group 4, position on incremental scale according to individual experience). Overpayment according to qualification.
