Customer Service Agent (f/m)
The technology behind our turnstile gates and access readers perhaps comes as a revelation, but it is already working efficiently in more than 100 countries – for example, in ski resorts, airports, stadiums and theme parks.
Within the team at SKIDATA Austria GmbH you are the first point of contact for customer enquiries from Austria, Germany and German-speaking Switzerland. In the course of this, you will be responsible for the proper handling of inquiries as well as for forwarding them to the local technical helpdesk in the respective country. You will register and analyze questions, problems and possible errors and together with the Helpdesk you will ensure a prompt solution. In addition, you will identify any training needs at the customer's site.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
A completed vocational secondary school (HAK) with a focus on IT
First work experience advantageous
Basic technical understanding, passed ECDL and 10-finger system
Independent and customer-oriented way of working as well as high flexibility
Customer and service orientation, good communication skills and resilience
Very good spoken and written knowledge of German and English
