The technology behind our gates and access readers is as surprising as it is convincing, with thousands of our systems in more than 100 countries – for example at ski resorts, airports, stadiums and amusement parks.
In your position you are the key account support for numerous ski resorts. For these resorts you prepare the statistics and manage all tasks related to the database, e.g. pool calculations. You develop and expand specific projects and are responsible for the further development of Qlick Sense queries. In addition, you ensure support for our customers and forward certain incidents to 2nd level support. You support them with your expertise in analysis and reporting of customer systems.
YOU CONVINCE WITH
A completed technical education
Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
Advanced knowledge about relational data bases
State of the art knowledge about hardware and software architecture
Excellent communication skills, self-dependent working behavior, the ability to assert oneself and customer orientation
Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English
